The more stress you have around you, the easier it is to get addicted to sugar. The way your environment makes you feels affects the way you eat. When you are under a lot of stress your body releases stress hormones. All you want to do is calm yourself down. Eating sugar is a quick fix. It gives you that quick energy and feeling of comfort.

Environmental toxins play a big part of being addicted to sugar. Your home, workplace, and even certain areas outside are filled with toxins. You are inhaling these toxins making it part of your physical makeup. These toxins make you feel weak and exhausted. They drain the life out of you.
